Overview

NYSLGITDA will hold the Annual Fall Conference in Penn Yan, NY, at the Hampton Inn & “Seasons on Keuka Lake Conference Center” from October 12th through October 14th, 2022. The Vendor round table portion of the show will be starting on Thursday October 13th at 3:45pm. We are expecting more than 70 county, state and other local government CIOs, IT Directors and Senior Staff to attend. This conference is the perfect chance to meet, talk, and rub elbows with IT Leaders who make the technology purchasing decisions in NY State Local Governments.

NYSLGITDA is reserving the right to require either proof of COVID vaccination or negative COVID test prior to attendance. Whether this will be required will be determined prior to the event and be determined by NYS and CDC guidelines for group gatherings.

Event Options

Participation for 2 Representatives $750.00 – Standard Registration
Participation for 3 Representatives $1,100.00 – Add-A-Rep Option
(there will be a limit on how many Vendors can bring three representatives)

Includes attendance for to the following events:

On Thursday, October 13th, member\vendor roundtable session from 3:45 PM until 4:45 PM, Social Hour Networking and dinner with attendees from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM and the Hospitality Suite that follows. On Friday October 14th, breakfast from 8:00am to 9:30am with attendees.

Additional Representatives

Standard registration for the Fall Conference allows 2 representatives. Vendors may add 1 additional representative for $350.00. There is a limit to how many vendors may bring an additional representative. This will be noted during the registration process. Vendors who participate in our Sponsorship Opportunities Lottery and are awarded one of the opportunities, will be able to bring a 3rd representative. The winning Vendors are also able to purchase the Add-A-Rep option, which would allow them to bring a total of 4 representatives. The privilege to bring 4 representatives is only offered to the Lottery winners.

Vendor Sponsorship Opportunities.

Due to high demand we are offering additional sponsorship opportunities this fall. These sponsorships are in addition to the $750 registration fees above. Additionally, we will be conducting a lottery for each sponsorship and eliminating the “First Come First Served” method of old. The Live Lottery drawing will be held at 4:00pm EST on August 5th, 2022 via a Zoom Meeting, in which a link will be sent out prior to all who participate in the Lottery. 

Here are the sponsorship opportunities for the 2022 Fall Conference. More details for each are included during the registration process

  • Badge Sponsorship – $2,500.00
  • Agenda/Member Folder – $2,000.00
  • Room Gift Sponsorship – $2,000.00
  • Registration Bag Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  • Wednesday October 12th, Afternoon Break – $750.00
  • Wednesday October 12th, Dinner – $1,500.00
  • Thursday October 13th, Morning Break – $750.00
  • Thursday October 13th Lunch – $1,250.00
  • Thursday October 13th Afternoon Break – $750.00
  • For the Wednesday dinner sponsorship, in addition to the dinner, the pre-dinner social hour and hospitality suite are included for your representatives.
  • There is a limit as to how many vendors will be allowed to register. A waiting list will be created in case a vendor cannot attend.

Payment Options

Preferred – by Credit Card – make payment at time of registration through our online registration process. We now accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Payment is due no later than September 23, 2022. If we do not receive your payment by September 23rd, we reserve the right to cancel your registration and allow another vendor to take your place. No refunds for conference registrations after September 23, 2022.

Pay-by-Check – You can pay by check, but full payment must be paid within 20 days or registration is subject to cancellation.

  • Thursday October 13th from 3:45 PM until 4:45 PM will be the Vendor Round Table for all vendors with NYSLGITDA members.
  • Thursday from 5:30 PM until 9:00 PM will be a reception and dinner for all vendors and members.
  • Friday October 14th from 8:00 AM until 9:30 AM will be a breakfast with Vendors and members. 

(Note: NYSLGITDA members will be attending sessions October 12th, 13th, and 14th. These sessions will be closed to vendors except for attendance at their sponsorship event.)
