EVENT FAQ

Registration for the Spring 2024 Event is currently open for Members.
Exhibit space and Sponsorhips have Sold Out at this time.

  • Please register for the event as soon as you are able. Member and Vendor registrations are limited.
  • Cancellations can be made up to a predetermined date that will be announced on the conference event page. Cancellations after that date are non-refundable.
  • Payment via credit card is encouraged. Please contact the event organizers if you require split or partial payment. Note that this will incur a handling fee.
  • Dress for the event is business casual
  • Any violation of code of conduct by any member or affiliateof the NYSLGITDA organization is unacceptable.
  • Any questions or concerns can be submitted to the conference committee via the Registration Questions inbox [email protected] and will be responded to as quickly as possible.
  • When registering, only choose sessions, meals and events for which you plan to attend.
  • Currently there is no opportunity to attend these events virtually.
  • Extracurricular events are specially planned. If you register for these please make sure you plan to attend or give ample notice that you will not make it so it can be offered to someone on the waiting list.
  • Information shared during member only sessions is confidential within the members. No outside guests or vendors are allowed to attend.
  • The Spring conference features a vendor fair. Exhibitors are provided an average 8’x10′ with 3 representatives in the booth or with limited 8’x20′ with 5 representatives in the booth available. Additional representatives can be purchased as space allows.
  • All booths are provided on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Vendors are not allowed to attend member or sponsored sessions unless expressly invited.
  • Both the Fall and Spring conferences feature a round table opportunity to meet and speak with members and to attend a formal dinner.
  • Hotel booking it the responsibility of the vendor. NYSLGITDA will request a block of rooms for vendors (venue dependent).
  • Sponsorships are available and vary depending on the venue and conference.
  • Sponsors are chosen via lottery and not guaranteed.
  • Sponsors can choose the level of sponsorship they would be interested in offering within the registration systems and will be invited to the selection show after registration has closed.
  • There are no refunds for sponsorships.
  • Sponsorships cannot be split between multiple vendors unless there is a defined partnership.
  • Speakers are required to provide their presentations and slides prior to their presentation.
  • During registration, please indicate any special considerations required. AV, Whiteboards, etc.
  • NYSLGITDA may be able to provide a hotel stay depending on need.
  • Speakers are invited to attend sessions that are not closed to members only and any meals.
  • Personal guests are invited to attend meals and special events with NYSLGITDA members, these items are ticketed. Please choose only those events and meals a guest will attend.
  • Personal guests are not allowed to attend any member only sessions.
