NYSLGITDA brings together IT directors and technology leaders from municipalities, school districts, BOCES, community colleges, and authorities across New York State — all in one place, twice a year. As a vendor partner, you gain direct access to the decision-makers responsible for technology procurement across more than 75 member governments, with reach into a broader community of nearly 4,000 local entities statewide.
Our semiannual conferences offer more than just a booth — they’re an opportunity to build lasting relationships with the public sector IT professionals who rely on trusted vendor partners to deliver modern, effective services to their communities. From vendor fairs and product demonstrations to roundtable discussions and networking, NYSLGITDA events are designed to foster real conversations that lead to real partnerships.

Conference Information

Sponsorships
Vendors are welcome to apply for sponsorship opportunities, which vary by conference and are awarded by lottery. Sponsorships provide dedicated presentation time directly with the membership, logo placement and organizational information in conference materials, and the opportunity to support meals and breaks.

Fall Conference
Typically held in October, the Fall Conference is a more intimate gathering — roughly half the size and duration of the Spring Conference, and does not include a vendor fair. Vendors are invited to participate in a roundtable event where they can speak directly with the membership about their business focus and hear firsthand what members are looking to learn more about.

Spring Conference
Typically held in May, the Spring Conference features a full vendor fair spanning approximately five hours, giving your organization dedicated time to connect with attendees. The evening prior includes a vendor/member roundtable where your team can present to the membership and engage in conversation about the initiatives and priorities members are currently pursuing.

General Information

The conferences are held in different locations throughout the state and are typically sold out. We encourage you to register as soon as registration opens. Space is limited! Room blocks are not available for vendors, pay close attention to locations and book early. Announcements are made on the official LinkedIN site. Follow us!

Fall 2026 Conference
