Fall 2022 Conference

(Wednesday October 12th until Friday, October 14th)

Overview

This conference is the premier event for government technology leaders in New York State. Spend up to 3 days and 2 nights with government IT leaders and your peers discussing your important issues and technology solutions.

 Conference Registration

Description

All current and potential members as well as any Local or NY State Government employee with IT responsibilities are invited to join us in Penn Yan at the Hampton Inn and “Seasons on Keuka Lake Conference Center” beginning on Wednesday October 12th until Friday, October 14th.

We offer this conference for a price of only $100 Conference Fee per attendee. Additional IT staff can also sign up (separately) for $100.00. Reservations must be made by September 28th. We need everyone to sign up by this date so we can give the hotel the meal counts.

The Conference Fee includes the conference, lodging for two nights and all meals.

If we fill all the rooms at the Hampton Inn, we will need to house people at another hotel. So please register early.

Check-in and conference registration will begin on Wednesday October 12th at 11:00 AM. Lunch will be provided from 12:00 – 1:00, with the conference beginning at 1:10pm.

Please register as soon as possible by clicking the REGISTRATION Link at the top or bottom of this page. Please note that once you start the registration process, you must complete it. You cannot save your data and finish later. If you don’t finish, you will need to start over. Continue to check our web site at www.nyslgitda.org for additional information, as it becomes available.

** PLEASE NOTE: NYSLGITDA is reserving the right to require either proof of COVID vaccination or negative COVID test prior to attendance. Whether this will be required will be determined about 4-6 weeks prior to the event and be informed by NYS and CDC guidelines for group gatherings. **
