NYSLGITDA appreciates all of the vendors that have supported us and attended our conferences.
General Conference Information
Spring Conference Registration will begin in February. NYSLGITDA will email everyone with more information.
As stated in a previous email, it is necessary for us to raise our booth rates for the Spring and Fall conferences.
The Spring Conference will be held at the Hotel Syracuse Marriott Downtown, Syracuse, NY, May 2, 2022 – May 5, 2022.
The number of booths will be limited as follows. The booths will be first come first served.
- There will be only 58 booths available. We will be increasing the sizes of the booths.
- There will be 47 booths that are 6’ deep x 10’ wide which includes 3 representatives.
- There will be 11 booths that will be 6’ deep x 16’ wide which will include 6 representatives.
- The add-a-rep option will still be offered.
Spring Conference Costs:
- 6’ x 10’ booth $2,500.00
- 6’ x 16’ booth $4,000.00
- Add-A-Rep Option $550.00
NYSLGITDA is excited to announce that the fall conference will be held at West Point.
The fall conference does not provide vendor booths. Vendors are provided with opportunities to speak with members, participate in a round table discussion and share dinner with members. The fall registration fee includes two vendor representatives.
Fall Conference Costs:
- Attendance at Round Table & Dinner $1,300.00
- Add-A-Rep Option $300,00
Vendors are offered the opportunity to pay for both the Spring and Fall Conferences at once. The Fall Conference fee is discounted when pre-paid. Pre-paid vendors will not register for the Fall Conference until that Fall Conference registration opens.
The cost for the Fall Conference if you pre-pay is $1,000.00
NYSLGITDA will again offer the sponsorship lottery for each conference to award the various sponsorships. You will sign up for this during the registration process. The number and types of sponsorships will be explained during the registeration process.
