NYSLGITDA will be returning to Saratoga for the Spring Conference May 14-17, 2024. The conference will take place in the Saratoga City Center with hotel rooms available at the attached Saratoga Hilton.

What to know before you go.

- Vendors/Exhibitors should plan to attend the Wednesday, May 15th evening dinner and the exhibit fair on Thurday May 16th.
- Parking for Hotel Guests is provided in the surface lot adjacent to the hotel off Maple Avenue. The parking garage has no affiliation with the hotel.
- Make sure to take note of your license plate. You will be asked to provide it upon checkin.
- Wireless service in the exhibit hall is limited, plan to use a hotspot for internet access in that location
- Conference Registration will be located in the gallery located in the hall outside the City Center Main Hall. Just outside the hotel’s main lobby.
- Vendors arriving with items to be loaded into the City Center, should use the City Center parking lot and the 3rd floor sky bridge taking them directly to the City Center.
